Gregory Peck was a terrific star of movies and films. He was also the star of the movie called Moby Dick filmed in and around New Bedford in 1956.
Here, he is back in this video of the parade in New Bedford driving up towards the north end of the city. We can see Gregory but also we can see how the city looked in that area and the people who were out and about in the city.
My favorite part is the very end as two ladies in the window of a 3 family house are waving off the camera man with a laugh. |
