The Times Building in the foreground is still standing as of this writing in 2011.Oher buildings were demolished during the creating of the Rt. 18 extension and urban renewal of the area.
The large parking lot in the mid-left section of the photo is the site of the newer multilevel parking garage.
The newer Standard Times building was built past that to the east (upper left corner). Beyond that now is the Rt. 18 extension. Refer to the 2011 map below the older photo. |
